Important Note:

Conference fees exclude hotel, transport, and Intermodal exhibition tickets.

We recommend booking accommodation early due to high demand during Intermodal.

Cancellation Policy

In case of postponement of conferences due to unforeseen events – force majeure and/or acts of God, paid meeting packages will be kept by the meeting hotel and as floating credits to cover future conference events subject to further discussions.

  • Before February 10th, 2026 (60+ days before the event): Full refund will be provided.
  • Between February 26th and February 11th, 2026 (45-60 days before the event): 50% refund will be provided.
  • After February 27th, 2026 (within 45 days of the event): No refunds will be issued.
