Important Note:
Conference fees do not include hotel accommodation and transfer.
Conference fees only cover the following:
- Welcome cocktail.
- 3 days meetings with lunch and coffee breaks.
- Access to 1:1 meetings.
- Gala dinner.
- Conference materials.
We recommend you to attend the entire event from 19th October – 22nd October and check-out be made after the 22nd of October, to enjoy the conference and have more time to meet the members.
Cancellation Policy
In case of postponement of conferences due to unforeseen events – force majeure and/or acts of God, paid meeting packages will be kept by the meeting hotel and as floating credits to cover future conference events subject to further discussions.
- Before August 19, 2026 (60+ days before the event): Full refund will be provided.
- Between August 20 and September 4, 2026 (45-60 days before the event): 50% refund will be provided.
- After September 5, 2026 (within 45 days of the event): No refunds will be issued.
